Ryan grew up in Phillipsburg, New Jersey, a small town right on the border with Pennsylvania. He earned his degree in Meteorology from Oswego State University, the lake effect snow capital of the world. He also graduated cum laude from Syracuse University in 2007 earning degrees in both Geography, and Broadcast Journalism from the prestigious S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications.

Sofia Ojeda grew up in South Jersey and later graduated from The College of New Jersey with a degree in Communications.

Samantha is originally from Warfordsburg, PA, and graduated from Penn State University with a B.S. in Meteorology.

Colleen joined the NewsChannel 34 team in February 2008. She grew up in Wilmington, DE and graduated from the University of Delaware with an Honors degree in Communications and English with a Journalism concentration. Colleen also spent a month in Australia and New Zealand, studying media practices in those countries.

Jan Carabeo was born in Washington, D.C., and raised in the suburb of Clinton, MD. While studying journalism at the University of Maryland, Jan interned at the FOX and NBC affiliates in Washington. She graduated Summa Cum Laude in May of 2007 with a B.A. in Journalism and then joined the NewsChannel 34 team in October, 2007 as a reporter and fill-in anchor.

Steve Craig grew up in Jamestown, NY, and attended Binghamton University.

Peter's no stranger to the Southern Tier. He spent his childhood in Vestal. It was there in the 5th grade where Peter fell in love with television after starring in a class TV production.
